Moris Ajnass is the Managing Partner of Maj West Investments, overseeing acquisitions, capital strategy, and asset management across the firm’s multifamily, affordable housing, and industrial portfolio. He founded the firm on a commitment to disciplined underwriting and long-term, hands-on ownership, an approach that has shaped every investment the firm has made since its founding.
